Edward is the store manager and he's an amazing person. I just walk in through the door and they see me entering and my iced coffee is ready to go. They already know my order. They're very friendly and when I do not stop by, they always tell me thatthey have missed me and that means a lot.
This place is always packed. Usually you have to wait a while (with 3 people in front of me it is usually 15 minutes waiting). If there are five people or more in the line, I won't even disturb myself. You never have my favorite apple. A few times my drink order is wrong. But all the times my food was always great and the pastries are fresh.

The store frequently closes at unexpected times without any prior notice. I placed a mobile order, but when I arrived to pick it up, the doors were locked. I had to run an errand in the same shopping center, and on my way back to my car, I noticed an employee inside. Even though the door was still closed, they signaled to me that the store was now closed. I ended up having to call Dunkin to request a refund.
If you’re in the mood for donuts, this isn't the right spot for you. Every time I've visited, they either don't have the donuts I want or they're completely sold out. After 6 PM, don’t count on finding any sweet treats. It’s hard to believe that Dunkin' Donuts is often out of donuts – it always surprises me. I haven't gone back since. Oh, and they also close early.
