Great place for breakfast and lunch in the design district. The food is so yummy. The service was friendly and attentive. The decor is charming although the location does not match. Definitely recommend. It is worth a visit. View all feedback.
Check out this little breakfast and brunch place. Not where you expect to find it but make sure you do! Wonderful scratch made muffins, I had the chocolate. It was super moist and flavorful. The yogurt with house made granola and fruit was fantastic!
Very tasty, just 'small '. So I saw the segment on WSVN Channel 7 'Bite with Belkys ' last night. I was eager to stop by this and try the place out since it is an affordable establishment by the renowned 'Michelle Bernstein. '<br/ <br/ I had a hard time finding the place, I went up and down NE 2nd Ave. trying to find it. <br/ <br/ It is located in a building on the 3900 block of the avenue. It was SMALL. It is a counter, literally about the size of an apartment kitchen. There were folks in line but it seemed to be 'hap hazard. '<br/ <br/ A woman skipped ahead of us and the employee who let her do it got chastened.<br/ <br/ The service was slow, the selection was small, just a few, I mean A FEW items.<br/ <br/ So why do I like this place? The food was outstanding. The cake (I got the last piece) was outstanding, moist, sweet, but not sugary like grocery store or cheap bakery cakes, it was great.<br/ <br/ The red velvet cupcakes had a gourmet nutty flavor.<br/ <br/ I just wish it was a bigger place, with a better selection and more staff.<br/ <br/ Again more like a Starbucks stand at a shopping mall than a real Bakery/Sandwich place.

Absolute gem in the middle of the design district. Don't be fooled by the location, the food is some of the best in town.
Which it was a little cheaper, but overall good spot and staff when I go, has been more than a pleasure.
