The nice ice flavors are fantastic, and the spooky ice is unique and really enjoyable. Just a heads up, though: it can change the color of your stool for a few days! But I’d definitely do it again! :D

The girl with the brown curly hair is incredibly sweet! Overall, the staff are significantly improved compared to before, even though I visited during a busy time.

I love Cold Stone and usually visit the one in the Bay area, but it was closed. I decided to go for a Birthday Cake Remix and add some cookie dough. When I walked in, a young girl with black hair assisted me. I told her I wanted the Birthday Cake Remix with cookie dough, and I mentioned that I had a second order as well. While she was preparing my ice cream, another employee came over to help with the second order. She asked, “What do you want?” and I replied, “The Birthday Cake Remix!” I found her response to be quite rude, as she seemed to have an attitude about what I ordered. It was unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be returning.

I went there and ordered the superstar sprinkle blast with an additional animal crossing cup. my order was written on my phone. the amazing worker who took my order gave me every nintendo cup. I went so happy home. give to the hired person who gave up my order, please an increase in salary. he is an amazing man and deserves the best.

My rating is ZERO. This Sunday, I visited this Cold Stone and there is a girl with long black hair that is serving ice-cream after running her hands all through her hair with no gloves or care. As I'm eating, my ice cream, I get a long black hair in my ice-cream yuckk- tie your hair back lady- you wouldn't like it if it were your food. Piggy workers, go work somewhere else if you don't want to respect someone's food. To the owner: Please implement sanitary conditions standards which MUST be followed when dealing with food. This place needs help with health standards and better staff! I will be calling the Dept. of Health- this is appalling and unsafe.
