Cheese was simply amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the energy and excitement that filled the place. The games, attractions, and, of course, the delicious pizza, made my day unforgettable. What really stood out was the smiles on the faces of the kids enjoying all the activities and the family-friendly atmosphere. Chuck E. Cheese is definitely a place where fun and joy come together, and I can't wait to go back. An unforgettable experience!

The only thing I was disappointed was that there was no Chuck E. Where did he go we saw the stage was gone it was actually disheartening to see younger kids looking forward to the icon to come out and throw some tickets or some candy or something or sing the song but nothing. And I know we are going paperless but the kids love collecting the tickets and hearing the munching machine. All that nostalgia is gone. And of course now its it was our last hoorah. Unfortunate for the new kiddos. Thanks

Came here first and last time. We purchased 2 cards for our 2 × 4-5 years. Used the touch screen vending machine on the left. We navigated for buying time frame... read more Came here first and last time. We purchased 2 cards for our 2 × 4-5 years. Used the touch screen vending machine on the left. We navigated for buying time frame, not points. After 1/2 an hour instead of 1 hour the cards, had no more credit. We went tothe counter to get the mistake rectified. We went with the manager to the vending machine and he told that we got what we paidfor, as credit were points based and we went all in and had spent all in 1/2 an hour. My brother in law, which has been herefrequently over 6 years, was the one in the lead with me and my wife looking as we were purchasing. The manager would give us 10minutes as compensation but we wanted the 1/2 hour which was outstanding. He wouldn't hear and said he never had problems withthe vending machines for 20 years. I then went back and could get the on left hand machine to go to points instead of minutesduring selection. Approximately every second time. He would not come over for a demonstration. I then made a video todemonstrate for him, but now he said it would not matter because my wife had been rude in her language.
