To my surprise, the pizza was really good — I had low expectations, but it turned out so tasty that I even considered ordering some later. The kids had a blast playing for 2 hours, which was included in the package. I did notice that there were only three staff members on duty (aside from the kitchen staff), and they seemed a bit overwhelmed with managing the food line and the prize line. One of them was dedicated to my party. As part of our package, we had ice cream, and one staff member donned the Chuck E. Cheese costume to dance with the kids, which was a hit! Despite being short-staffed, everyone handled the situation really well. Kaitlyn was particularly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We were the last ones to leave, but they didn’t rush us out, which was a nice touch. I would happily host another party here, and I want to thank the crew working that night — you all did an amazing job!

There was so much to do for my toddler’s. It does get packed pretty quick, I went on a Thursday at 11am and it got full within 30 minutes, the best time to go is the earliest of your convenience to make sure your little one is able to enjoy all of the games and rides.
