One of the employees messed up my order, and I was in a rush to get to a meeting, so I hardly had a chance to eat. I was really disappointed because of the way I was treated by your coworker. I wish I had caught his name. Managers, I hope you're reading this—please ensure that your employees are held accountable and provide better service. Thank you.

The burgers had two patties, but they were completely dry, and the famous seasoning that usually makes them so tasty was missing. The tomatoes were cut into tiny pieces, and the onions were just thick slices, which meant it felt like biting into a whole onion rather than having well-distributed pieces. The overall appearance of the burger was quite messy and flat. It seemed like they were short on lettuce because there was hardly any. Additionally, there was only one slice of cheese instead of one for each patty. I was really let down by the whole meal. I apologize for any typos; I had to send this message while driving in torrential rain.
