The manager on duty approached the window but didn't speak directly to us, simply issued a refund without providing a receipt or any food, then closed the window and threatened to call the police if we didn’t move. There was no opportunity to clarify any confusion. Additionally, both of the burgers we ordered were poorly made. When I requested the manager's name, she refused to reopen the window and began recording us, seemingly believing she was in the right. We drove over 30 minutes to this Checkers for four sandwiches, two of which were poorly made and one had undercooked meat. She didn't give me a receipt either and basically acted like a child, holding up the line for other customers, all while refusing to address the issues with our order. Instead of offering an apology for the food or the inconvenience, she just handed me my money back.

Flyed to the ride at midnight and ordered 3 sharp chicken sandwiches. When we came home, only 1 sharp chicken and the other 2 were a kind of regular hamburgers.... read more Flyed to the ride at midnight and ordered 3 sharp chicken sandwiches. When we came home, only 1 sharp chicken and the other 2 were a kind of regular hamburgers. One spicy chicken was excellent, but the 2 burgers were far below average. We didn't feel like driving all the way back. I don't know, I think it seems more difficult to fool this than to do it right.

I waited over 30 minutes for my food (3 burgers a fry) when I did receive it, my order was completely wrong. I was charged the wrong amount after asking for my food to be fresh/well done it was cold. I had extra topping I did not ask for and overall I am highly upset. I can understand if a mistake happens once, but I have a problem EVERY TIME I come to this checkers. I could also understand if there are a lot of orders but I was the only car in line at the time, I do not understand. If possible go to a different checkers ! I do not recommend Sincerely, A very upset customer

One of the ass... read more The staff at this restaurant were quite unprofessional, and I was served frozen food. The associates and the manager were not much better either. One of the associates even got into an argument with me and ended up calling the police. When the officers arrived, she started yelling and acting very confrontational.

I waited almost 10 minutes for an order, and when I asked if I could use one of the two restrooms outside, I was told they were for employees only. It’s frustrating to think that not a single restroom is available for customers or drivers. This can be particularly tough, especially for women who may not always grasp the urgency of needing a restroom—especially if they haven't had issues like a UTI. I don’t expect men to fully understand this, but as a woman, I can only hope they never have to experience such discomfort. Uber drivers are informed that we should be allowed to use public restrooms if they are available, yet Checkers has consistently been the worst in this regard. I often wish for a better experience, but I usually end up feeling disappointed.
