if they like delicious desserts and delicious sandwiches, good coffee etc. that is the place to visit. customer service is beautiful that everything is always fresh. Why I say that because they can't keep most of their products on the regal. I wait and wait is never long. They take a series well organized, order customers so much that when I first came I taught until they get to me they would be out. how wrong I was... View all feedback.
What Minnie Zboncak doesn't like about Cao Bakery Cafe:
bäckerei in miami! what a terrible experience! After waiting for 30 minutes to call my number, I got the worst eating of all time. there was flying around the load. flowing in the cocospalms. the coffee was reheated. it was not freshly brewed. it came from a pitcher. I asked for coffee without sugar and I got the sweetest coffee ever. because it came from a pitcher old coffee. I asked to change my coffee, but the par... View all feedback.
The service was incredibly slow. Even when I didn't pay with cash, we were charged a 3.49% card processing fee. It's frustrating to see the burden placed entirely on customers like this. You really should improve your reception area and inform patrons that they are responsible for the card processing fee. It's quite unreasonable. I won't be returning!

Bakery in Miami! What a terrible experience! After waiting 30 minutes for my number to be called, I ended up with the worst meal ever. There were flies buzzing around the place, and the coffee was reheated, not freshly brewed, as it came from a pitcher. I specifically asked for coffee without sugar, but instead, I received the sweetest coffee imaginable, likely because it was old coffee from the pitcher. When I requested a change, the staff told me they had to assist the next customer. The guava pastry I ordered was soggy, and the dough tasted undercooked. This place feels very neglected! I ended up throwing away everything I purchased. The quality of both the product and the service is shockingly poor!
If you like delicious desserts and delicious sandwiches, good coffee etc. that is the place to visit. Customer service is beautiful that everything is always fresh. Why I say that because they can't keep most of their products on the shelves. I'll wait and wait is never long. They take a number well organized, customers are ordering so much that when I first came I learned to get them to me, they would be out. How wrong was I that the type of baker he holds delivers fresh bags that keep the shelves well. Look, don't take my word, because it's trying it out, and look at the great choices they have and taste for you. I promise you you're back.
I have spent money at this cafe quite often for many years now. Just last week I bought my wife's office pastelitos and empanadas costing over $75. Just today alone I purchased $35 worth of food. Service is okay food is good.Although, today, after making my purchase I asked politely to use their house phone to make a call to my wife. I had left my phone at home in haste having to drop my daughter at school. I just wanted to make a 30-sec call to my wife to let her know our daughter is safe and I'm okay.So after asking for the phone, the attendees behind the counter all looked like deer in headlights, like I said something crazy. After asking again, since there is an apparent language barrier, which is fine, I still got no response and one of the attendees went into the back to ask if it was okay for me to use the phone. Returning shortly after, she went to another attendee to tell her to tell me it was not allowed... I felt offended at this point. I did not even want to take the food I purchased and walk out. I'm, not one to cause a scene, it's not in my nature hence being in the same line of work, so I just took my purchase and left feeling disgusted.A little hospitality goes a long way. If someone was in my shoes, I would have delivered no problem.
