Buya Yakitori Izakaya - Miami

Loved our waiter, food was great but there was a big fight in the kitchen and we could hear everything in dinning room. The main chef was yelling at staff right in front of us. He didn’t come up to table and apologize or even acknowledge that there was a screaming match going on between him and staff. I really liked the hostess and our waiter he was so friendly and tried to make jokes about it but I think the least the chef could do was just come to table and say hey sorry about that. It was early 6 pm and we were the only diners at the time so it wouldn’t have been a big deal. Anyway the duck ramen was sooooo good. Drinks were great. Otherwise would have been a perfect experience and meal.

Very good Japanese food. I loved the pork belly skewers and sashimi and my companion loved her ramen and pork belly bun.

The vibe is amazing with great drinks. The food was great but was missing something for the price point.

Great little spot. Just wish they had more yakitori options. The menu was rather limited. But what they did offer us was good.

Food was amazing. Staff super friendly and welcoming. Definitely adding to my list of favorites.
