Buffalo Wild Wings - Miami

Wow! Waited and waited and ignored to be seated. A gentleman behind me got impatient and got the bartender to seat us. The female bartender seated me. I waited and waited and ignored for 30 minutes. There was only one table being served their meal, a second table was finished and there was just me. I walked out. I phoned the store 3 times to speak to the manager. I waited and waited and for a third time, ignored.

Came here for my boyfriend's birthday and had the best experience with Emily!! She handled our large party so well! Thank you Emily :

Although the wings were alright, service was very poor. In our group of 7, some people in our table got their food 30 minutes after other people, others got their food more than 2 hours after. The server never checked on our table while we were eating to see if we need anything (eg. more water). During the entire experience, there were other delays, including getting our bills and making payments, despite the restaurant not being busy at all.

Let me start off by saying that my boyfriend and I used to come to this location very frequently, and used to love sitting at Eric's bar. This is the closet bdubs we have since we live in downtown miami, and with traffic it can take up to an hour to get here. We decided to come, with our dog, taking advantage that it has an outside patio where we have sat countless times. We get here and the host informs us that they will not take care of us because their patio has no assigned server, but that he could ask if a server is willing to help us since it's super slow and there's barley anyone inside. He tells us that he's sorry but that no one is available to take care of us. We decide to just place a to go order since we came all this way, and just making the order we saw servers doing nothing, laughing with each other, the inside had under 4 tables sat even though there were plenty of servers. It's truly sad that they refused service given that the outside patio has all its tables set up and there was 100% people available to take care of us.

Number one. very dirty. number two. non-existent staff. no administration: the waste of money that this place does not manage and no employees to care. very sad. we sat at the bar because there was no host after we waited 10 minutes, waited for a bartender for 20 minutes and nobody wanted to help us.
