During our visit to Miami last week, my boyfriend and I decided to try out a restaurant he had been recommending. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. When we walked in, we were the only customers and the cashier did not greet us, she simply stared at us. My boyfriend tried to start a conversation with her, but she responded with an attitude. As I began to place my order, she abruptly interrupted me and said "No chicken." It was difficult to understand her at first as she turned away to do something behind her. We inquired about the wait time, but ultimately decided to leave and not return. This restaurant may cater more towards locals as we found the service to be rude and unprofessional.
The server and cashier was rude. I want to change my order she got mad and said to late the order was made. Then they start to talk in their Jamaican language about me. I had to asj for extra gravy because rice was so dry. They had no cakes available. Cashier had a very strong and smart mouth. Very bad attitude.
We have been loyal customers of BBQ Rib Shack for decades, and I can't praise this place enough. From the very beginning, when they had just a simple grill next to the strip club, their ribs have always been outstanding. The flavor of their ribs, perfectly complemented by their signature sauce, is unmatched. The way they serve the ribs with slices of bread is a perfect touch. It's a tradition I've enjoyed for years, and it never disappoints. If you're looking for the best BBQ ribs around, look no further than BBQ Rib Shack. Their consistency, quality, and incredible sauce have stood the test of time, making them a true gem.
I travel to Texas to see my son and he knows I love bbq brisket ribs etc. This is the most moist tender and perfect size ribs that I ever try! 1 for me
Another poorly ran restaurant in our community. The service is horrible. I walked out after waiting 30 minutes and my order was not taken. Just close already!!!
