Bbq Craft Company Brickell - Miami

The restaurant was clean and our waiter was on the spot. The menu seemed somewhat limited, I saw more options online. Wanted reservations later and could not make them, the restaurant was empty at 6:15 and 730 when we left. I enjoyed my Prosecco, family enjoyed their beers. Our maize bread, brisk and rack from St. Louis ribs came out very quickly, we enjoyed the selection of grill sauce. The meat was very slim and we cut it with a butter knife, they were delicious and delicious.

For a family of 5 this was was too expensive for the amount of food served. There was no mention of the most expensive dishes you could share 2-3 people.

The barbecue chicken was moist and well flavored, the ribs were exceptional. My husband said his pulled pork was delicious and so was the ribs but he felt the brisket was a little on the dry side . We also loved all of the sides.

The best part of the meal was deviled eggs and guinness. Service was missing, music was deaf, and the rest of our meal was bland. Really too bad because it's great to have a bbq spot in the neighborhood.

Exceptional service and quality of food. This is my second time here and many more visits come. BBQ craftsmanship is a master of their craftsmanship in the art of smoking. Been to many bbq places, but this is on another level. You will not be disappointed
