Antica Pizzeria Del Luna Park - Miami

Service wasn’t good... our server was covering tables inside and outside, there was not enough servers for the amount of tables. We had to be asking other servers to call out waiter. Also we ordered a Prosecco and it came warm, and waiter would fill up our glasses entirely, which should not happen. Very unprepared service level. I will not go back.

This place was so much better when it was La Centrale, the menu was way better. They changed the two best menu items the Lasagna which use to be the best to a dry, cold and tasteless lasagna. The nutella crepe, use to be amazing, now it just has some nutella in it and taste dry. Terrible experience, have tried to go back several time since they changed to Luna Park but will not being going back.

If you try to eat the food that looks beautiful, but tastes terrible, this is the place to go! Mushrooms were literally soaked in oil, cold potatoes and cold salmon. No waiter to worry about any of these problems and then, when we were finally able to find the manager he just heated the food. 20 minutes later we finally had our lunch. There were also some who complained about their sandwich right next to us. Nothing was removed from check, no free dishes or a cup of coffee to fix bad service and food, literally nothing. EIGHTY FIVE DOLLARS LATER WITH 18% TIP INCLUDED... smiles managers say he hopes to see us soon. Well, no thanks!!!! Don't waste your meal here.

Nice place, great service and excellent food! Love it!

The service was terrible! We had reservations and when we were there, they acted as if they knew nothing about reservations. I brought up the app and showed them where I had made a reservation on Open Table and they were like oh our iPad is down so we don't get reservations now. Our server wouldn't come to our table. literally observed how he looked around and the other direction went three different times on foot. We asked about something and he said okay and never brought it with me. There was a stand over there. Finally we asked someone else and brought it with us. The food was good, but too expensive. Wouldn't recommend it based on the bad experience we had.
