American Social Brickell - Miami

I reserved this restaurant for a birthday brunch and it exceeded all expectations. Our server Julie was the absolute best she handled 2 birthday brunches flawlessly. Overall the experience was a 10/10, will definitely visit again.

The waiter was attentive to our needs and the food was fresh

I came in yesterday night, reservation 8.15, 8.50 still no one came to the table to greet us. We waited 50 minutes for drinks, 75' for food, i know hospitality very well and this is not acceptable. After almost an hour the server showed up (don't remember the name, dark hair girl with nose piercing), i didn't see her passing by before so i guess she was sent by someone. She did a great job, and she recovered the situation a bit, she tryed her best and she was enjoyable. We could see they were busy, and probably understaffed, and i totally understand that, but a manager MUST realize that one table is sitting for 45 minutes and doesn't even have water at the table, again, unacceptable. I don't want to blame someone in particular, but this lack of communication/organization is a big treat to any Hospitality business. Hope you guys will pay more attention to the future guests. I still think is a great spot, love the view and the atmosphere, food and drinks very quite good as well!

Must sit outside, the views and ambience are great. One of my Miami favorites. Food is good too
