Karol visited me she is not sure in cash if she spelled her name correctly, but she delivered great customer service. I came here during peak hours, lunchtime. She helped me with my job to make sure I had it right, she's super nice and attentive. She saw me back in the line and she called me to see if everything was okay with my order and she immediately took care of her, nothing was wrong with him, but I had decided to order another one. Pollo Tropical should hire more people like them. I don't usually write reviews, but she deserves it. Thank you, Karol for your help, I appreciate it!

Terrible service! The woman who was on the drive thru window had no customer service skills at all. I bought for my family and she had no patience trying to push me through my order. My brother on the passenger side asked me to ask her for a certain garlic sauce they have, I don't know that I rarely eat with sauce! But she gave us an evil attitude and gave us the wrong sauce, hit the window in our face and went away. My brother told me to ask her for the right sauce, I said to hell with the sauce and with me ever spend my money here again; then continued! This facility will never see my money again, nor any other Pollo Tropical, for the thing!!! Wut Ex-Loyal Customer

The worst place to have a lunch I spend almost 10 mnt on the counter and all the workers who look at me, someone would accept my order then when I call the manager, they laugh repeatedly about us, the only person who treats us right was the manager, If I were, I would, I give 0 stars to this place honestly,

Every time I order from here, the food is always burned, cold or simply made wrong. recently I made an online order, everything came wrong, Karol contacted me for a replacement because with an online order I could not get a refund. I'm here and she wasn't there. The night leader always said he'd make it. I'll wait for a day. When I confronted him, he asked me if I was done talking. no cold and silent chicken is worth this garbage. Karol seemed like a sweet person and sure that she would? ve solved the problem, but no strength on this earth could get me back to this disgusting place, you can literally push SEE rice, beans, etc. on the whole counter, and no one purifies them just push it into your record. Customer service gave me my refund. but never again. These people should be fired on their way there?

This place seems to get worse on the day. Came at this point to order 2 half chicken flours. At first there was no person who made orders.
