Papa Johns Pizza - Miami Gardens

The absolute worst. Driver claimed to deliver my food, but the delivery guy didn't even bother to come to the door. I Looked at my ring doorbell camera and he just sat in his car for like 3 minutes then drove off. No call or text to even say he arrived. Then have the nerve to mark my order as delivered. Called the store and reported it and they said they will bring another but still waiting almost 30 mins later. Don't waste your time! Btw... the driver name is Yoancy!

This paticular location is spearheaded by one of the most humble owners I have ever met. Despite having angry customers, a high influx of orders, delays on needed materials, He strives to provide the right customer service experience between him and his employees. Rob is the most kind, caring, dedicated manager I have ever met. He diligently took the time to fix a situation that was not even his fault due to the delay of certain pizza toppings. I am impressed with his dedication to the task and this will be my location that I spend for my family outings and emergency birthday parties! Papajohns! This is type of customer service and leadership that you need all the time! BRAVO!

I came into the place and then had to wait a bit: That’s not an issue. Through some internal miscommunication, I had to wait a bit more. That is still not an issue.The fact that I had to play russian roulette with my pizza toppings? That’s insane. My fault for not checking prior. But how do I get home, excited for a pizza with 2 topping and get to see maybe one topping on one slice, maybe 2 on the other. I think one had a single piece of one topping. That’s unsatisfactory. Not happy at all. Don’t mind waiting, don’t mind, small mistakes.Don’t mess with my food, though.
