My friend and I had a bit of an issue with an online order, but Anaya at the cash register was very friendly and helpful. The manager, Brenda, also stopped by and quickly stepped in to assist us. Both women were incredibly responsive and took great care of us. Their customer service is truly excellent! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
I can't place all the blame on an employee or manager named Brenda, who I suspect may have some political motivations. However, after her intervention, my well-trained service dog was not allowed inside the store while I waited for the pizza I had ordered. Definitiw not the place to order on the south beach online and pizza too for ever and then never got it had made me in the filiale for like 35 minutes no places available, what the deal with this terrible customer service shoulda just closed instead of going into order and still people who have ordered online are waiting there only terrible if I could that star I would have been
Absolutely do not order for delivery here. Never received my food and the store refuses to answer the phone called about 20 times in total with no answer.
Walked in and some of the staff were having a really heated argument fight. Stress levels high. Understaffed? Poor management? Poor training?
They don't answer calls, I've called 7 times today and the only time they answered they put me on hold for about 30 minutes until I hung up. They're slow and rude.
Worse placed They closed the door on our face 2 hrs before closing I asked for management and there was a lady who refuse to give out her name and kick everyone out the local. After I have placed my order and I was just picking up
