An old favorite. Be sure to have the on menu polenta option (currently with Duck) or the off menu request only polenta board . The pastas are made in house , excellent, and great to share several. You May be seated outside on a busy and somewhat noisy street. View all feedback.

7/2/22 was the second time at this place, terrible music for an Italian restaurant, previous visit was the same, very uncoordinated witness, overpriced, space has not even any table cloths. we're going down. View all feedback.
Loved it, amazing food and not overly fancy. Sat at bar and bartender gave excellent recommendations all night. Would come back o Miami just to eat here!
We love this place! We come to South Beach once a year and this is the one restaurant we come back to. The tasting menu is amazing- more than enough but too delicious to pass up. If you are not going for the tasting menu, you MUST order the polenta! It’s worth the trip!
Phenomenal homemade pasta, great wine list, and friendly attentive service. Macchialina is a standout for amazing Italian. Belly up to the bar and enjoy a great meal either solo or with friends. Everything is a must try!
The tasting menu was excellent! They were very accommodating with our dietary restrictions. The veal Parmesan and the mushroom polenta really stuck out as top tier menu items but everything was absolutely delicious!
We had the tuna tartare and they specialize in Veal. We sat outside near the street on a busy Saturday night This is a very good Italian restaurant in Miami Beach
