What Tommy P doesn't like about Latin Cafe On The Beach:
The service was good, the Cubano was dry and the moros were plentiful but only vaguely flavorful. The room was comfortable well lit and well spaced with many regulars and a happy vibe. Prices were on the low side for the area. Honestly, I just wish the food had been a little tastier I'm going to give it another shot one of these days because I want to like the place more than the three stars I have to give it today. This is a gem in mid-beach! Ambiance: very ordinary greasy spoon with bar seating and dated tables. Service: the ladies are quick to wave you to a table and get your order! Food came out in 5-10min and was hot and tasty. Definitely mom-n-pop vibes. Food: I felt like I was eating lunch at my friend's house. This is a good sign. Homey, good portions, great prices. The salad was plain but I preferred that with the grill... View all feedback.
