As a celiac I appreciated how the staff took my allergy seriously. Not all employees understood, but several. I didn't get sick and had the famous Contramar grilled fish with both sauces. They gave me separate tortillas for salsa. I also had beans and keviche! View all feedback.

The food is great - one of the best I tried - but don't expect a nice evening here. The staff is not about gluten, and they are not willing to make special dishes or protect from CC, but I have been able to eat their shrimp cocktail, I ask for the preparation to wash the hands first and for a simple cocktail with just onion cilantro tomatoes and avocado, and their side of beans and their tortillas (confirm they are 100% corn and no measca). I was once sick of her speciality, which is a baked full fish with sauces on it. Since then, I do not trust their recommendations, but take the small risk of these very simple dishes. And love the tortillas!

At first they brought us some "Tostones de Atun", marinated in soy sauce, something we noticed too late, and then when they brought us the ducks I could see the frits on my plate were frozen. I just asked if they were frozen, and the waiter said he was sure they weren't. I asked him to ask only for the case, but he said he was 100% sure they weren't. So I left, okay! Do not eat here, I almost insisted on the allergic reaction, as they have no idea what gluten is.
You have no gluten-free menu. We brought some keliaish Spanish cards that explained what we could and could not eat. They were very accommodating and were very helpful in selecting things we could eat. We had a GIANT red snapper, beans, tortillas, mezcal margaritas, ceviche and table ass. Everything was absolutely extraordinary. In the end, they deal with Dessert options that we could not have. The Lord came back a few minutes later and offered us fresh mango. It was fantastic. You should be able to speak a little Spanish here.
Staff was knowledgeable, but super rude. My whole family was unimpressed. They brought me tostadas for my ceviche but couldn’t be bothered to answer any questions about how the tostadas were prepared. I did eat them, and I did not get sick, but it was unsettling. Wouldn’t return.
