Went for the tasting menu. It was a good experience. The carrot aguachile from the ceviche was great. Huachinango with citrus was awesome and the short rib with camote salsa very good. Service is very good and friendly. This restaurant is almost empty on Saturdays which makes it great for a business appointment of chatting with ease about important stuff with no distractions . Stopped in for a drink and was thrilled to see that they were still serving afternoon tea at 6pm! Although the Dammann Frere mint tea was delicious, it did not make up for the rock hard scones, stale finger sandwiches, and average desserts. The French...75 cocktail didn’t impress either. Casi todo perfecto, el trato del camarero no fue el mejor.
Check-in for our reservation and the first thing they tell me is that it will be a 40-minute wait for our food. The reason they had to make the food fresh. When I had the reservation, I expected the food to be ready within reasonable time. For tea service, the table plant did not come with a spoon to stir the tea, nor were we offered milk for our tea or water for drinking. The food did not taste fresh and the baked goods were definitely days old. After we had stayed in a St. Regis before, we had higher expectations for food and service.

La comida deliciosa, la atención muy bien, el lugar es precioso! El viento fue en un momento un poco molesto pero los muchachos cerraron las ventanas! La pasamos muy bien
La experiencia fue agradable. El servicio estuvo muy bien, los meseros eran amables y atentos. Los bocadillos salados lo cierto es que no fueron la gran cosa, no fue un sabor expectacular. El té para lo que se cobra del servicio creo que seria mucho mejor ofrecer las hojas, flores, etc. A solo el sobre. Los bocadillos dulces estuvieron bien, nada fuera de otro mundo. Crei que el afternoon tea enfocado a las jacarandas sería más evidente pero lo cierto es que no fue asi.
