Service is horrible. I pre-ordered a cheese and queso online and when I asked if it's ready they said I already took it even though it wasn't true. I came to check on it again and again and they said they were gonna get it ready and bring it and they didn't. I already finished the rest of my food and they they never brought it. The food is ok here. In my book, Chipotle is the best of the fast feeder Mexican restaurants. Baja Fresh is second. Unfortunately, Qdoba comes in third. The one good thing at Qdoba is that the guacamole is free. But the veggies never seem fresh. The brown rice isn't brown rice but rather flavored white rice. The Quesos just add calories and not much flavor.

I ordered a burrito but they gave me a taco… staff had bad attitude. This was the 5:30pm shift.. staff looked stoned… never coming back to this location.
Tried to order food from here, but my order was declined. Ended up being over a half hour late because the manager refused to give my delivery to the driver even after the driver confirmed he was DoorDash twice.
