Jimmy John's - Feedback

What Zupanzic doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The only words spoken to me were "what do you want to order?" One female employee briefly made eye contact with me and my girlfriend, but then proceeded to make a sandwich without a greeting. Not only that, they ignored the customization we requested for our order. It seemed like four of their employees were on break as well. I will never return to this... View all feedback.
