The young waiter (we assumed a family member) welcomed us with a friendly smile and the owner had a natural warmth about her; we felt immediately at home. Most of the other diners were locals and clearly regulars. The menu is limited, but everything we had was gorgeous, and the Charlotte au Chocolat at the end was to die for. The portions were generous and the price reasonable. We came here twice during our week in Metz and if we had discovered the Coco Grill earlier we would have come more often and eaten our way through the menu. It was a great find: simple, good and friendly. Highly recommended!

This attitude is typica... read more We arrived one minute after the end of lunch time, but after consultation with the kitchen staff they decided to serve us none the less. This attitude is typical: helpfull and trying to give you a good time. We had a dish with cold meats, good quality, with pommes soufflé and melted Munster cheese. It was delicious! Nice strong mustard, good wine and fine coffee. Relaxed athmosphere, other customers who were clearly locals wished us a good trip.
