Of course, they can make a better burger (better meat, better bun), but in that case it will be more expensive. If you want a good burger but don't want to pay too much, then it's definitely the one.

I was in Metz on Monday this week at the end of a week's motoring holiday. I spent the day walking round the town taking in the sights and I passed this little... read more I was in Metz on Monday this week at the end of a week's motoring holiday. I spent the day walking round the town taking in the sights and I passed this little establishment. I am always partial to a burger so I thought I'd give it a try. The menu is quite varied in what fillings you want. As I mentioned above the establishment is quite small and after ordering perhaps one aspect that made the experience good was standing and watching the chap prepare your order. Each burger is cooked to order and it was good to see it all come together. The main meat pattie is a good size, the filling ingredients were all carefully put together and the lovely bread bun is heated up in a small oven. I also ordered a portion of fries and these were really superb being very crispy indeed. There is no facility to eat inside so I enjoyed my burger meal sitting by the river opposite this great little establishment. If you like a good burger you really can't go wrong in trying one from here.
