Bancroft Bites - METUNG

I had the flathead tails which were very tiny but quite nice with salad. the others had steak sandwich

This is a great cafe in the heart of Metung. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and excellent coffee. We also had dinner there and were very happy with the wine selection and the high quality of the meal. The service was excellent. We will be back!

Excellent Food & Great Wine List. We were both very happy with our meal, service was great. I would recommend booking as we did not and only just managed to secure a table when others arriving later were turned away.

Has a very nice sounding menu so I think food would be good here and will give it a try next time.But just came for take away coffee. It was pretty busy but not crazy busy. Lady making coffee made lots of errors when it comes to making coffee which i know as i am barista trained as well. She was trying to do too many things at once but coffee should not sit around too long once ground to start with. Thus the coffees were not that special. Staff were friendly however and as I said I will give the food a go next time as it sounded very nice indeed.

By the Bay its a perfect spot to relax and rewind, The food is awesome and its a lovely relaxed spot.
