Great coffee, friendly staff. I did not eat here but the meals being served around me looked really good

Raspberry toast, Avocado on toast for breakfast and a good quality coffee. Husband couldn't get enough of the bacon and eggs on toast.

Lovely friendly atmosphere, with best breakfast or lunch, fresh food cooked beautifully, not to be missed

Went to funky monkey for a coffee and snack for lunch with my wife last Tuesday, usually welove this place, good food and coffee.however on this occasion even though only 1pm, nothing hot in the pie/pastry warmer!ordered a long black which was abysmal at best!!!!!! no creme, looked like the week old slop an airline would serve. ordered a croissant with nutella,peanut butter and jelly, $7.50 and it was hard, as though the day befores, should have at least been warmed.so all up just on $20 for a dish water coffee and stale croissant, the good ladies latte was passable and her citrus tart ok.Considering we have been frequenting this cafe 2-3 times per week for 12 months, I now have serious reservations about continuing our patronage.
