This place is exactly what the area needed. I came to a point in my life where pounds of Diner Food cans cut it. I had the food 3 times from this place twice was taken out and the third I brought my girlfriend for a nice meal, the Ambieance was great beautiful house kitchen feeling. Hatch44Cafe is the best cafe ever!!! The cafe has a beautiful rustic ambiance, the service is great, and the food was absolutely amazing and delicious... thank you Andrea Perez for making my birthday extra special with that beautiful birthday pancake cake you made me I loved it ...God bless ur beautiful business and it was so nice seeing you and hubby today xo!!!
I recommend the cranberry chorizo hash. It's my favorite side. Everything was delicious and service was warm and friendly.
Food was very fresh and delicious. Shared the Fiesta Omelette and Classic Savy Belgian Waffle. My only complaint is the parking. Was there on a weekday around 11AM and no parking available. I waited in the lot for a few minutes and got lucky someone came out. Well worth the wait
