I find the ambience very nice, a very nice and competent service that was very attentive. The food was excellent and very appealing.

Nice little place, friendly service, food simple and tasty, prices normal and our dog also got some water. Overall recommended, only the bread to the salad was somewhat too small for three people. Vanilla ice cream with olive oil never eaten, interesting combination...and the Grauburgunder/Weingut Peters was very good

Dear Meike, unfortunately it's just like that, the pommes come out of the TK, warm there's only at McDonald's, everything else is untrue and total bullshit, or they were like us, and the kitchen. I don't think it's very great to make such an assessment if you don't know what's going on in the kitchen, and how many people break it down in there, the other one bring a warm meal that's good, and honest to the table. We, and many others are very satisfied. Nice operation, eat well, clean well maintained environment, you feel well, wines excellent, come back, safe, you can only recommend

After our trip to the viewpoint Cloef at the Saarschleife, for the first time with a tree trail, we discovered the “Weinpost” on the way back. Until dinner at the hotel was still time, the house was very welcoming and already we were in! . Cosy, but still modern. Pleasant lighting and decoration, including shelves with wine for “Other House Sale”. Right now to let down. We did. The nice service employee gave us 2 tables for choice that were not reserved and handed the cards. No problem in the early evening just want to drink. Of course, it should be a regional wine, the employee would like to help with a recommendation after we called her on demand our wine preferences. From the winery Johannes Peters, Wiltingen Saar, we ordered: Grauburgunder, dry, 0.2 l € 4,90 Riesling Grauschiefer, dry, 0.2 l € 5,40. The Riesling won with some advantage. Well, because at our Nahe Grauburgunder the winemaker of our trust is so quick. In the meantime, the restaurant filled, probably many regular guests. The dishes all looked good. We liked the menu. So we decided, if it fits tomorrow, we're here for dinner. Bad luck! After our small hike to Montclair Castle on the following day, the day of rest was postponed by one day. As the day of rest fell on Tuesday for a holiday, this Wednesday was brought after. Be blessed, maybe we missed something.
