if they are looking for international food prices, apart from the usual Japanese, Korean or Chinese, they should give yalla yalla a try. genuine ingredients and while giving the original taste of the middle eastern clasps. the rinderkababab is a must together with the hummus and the pita brot. bonus points for ecological responsibility when using non-plastic spoons. parking is the only concern why this is not 5 stars... What Makenzie Kub doesn't like about Yalla Yalla:
I literally only come here for their Moutabal. I love it. Though sometimes I feel like the eggplants being used are not as fresh. Their eggplants sometimes have this itchy taste to it which means they used an old/overly riped ones. These types of eggplants have lots of seeds in them that can be irritating to the tongue. I also wish the lady taking orders can be a bit nicer. View all feedback.
The food was strongly salted. each was done. I didn't cost every bit of food. service was extremely slow, although we were the only customers. the ac had failed, so we had to change the seats. overpriced. disappoint.
Finally got to try Yalla Yalla. Medyo ang tagal ng serving time. But the wait was worth it because the beef shawarma wrap was really good! Will go here next time pag napadaan and try other food on the menu. Hopefully, the serving time won't take too long again.
The spices in the the beef shawarma gave it a stronger tastier mid-eastern flavor. The home-made pita tasted a lot better than the typical supermarket kind of pita bread found in commercial shawarma places. The small servings tough, particularly the small amount of meat, doesn't justify its price The hummus had a more generous serving and they did not skimp on the olive oil. The texture was just little watery though. I like my hummus a little thicker.
Super bad service waited almost an hour for a simple shawarma rice. Found out that the staff prioritized the food panda and grab orders. Why dine in for convenience then?
Great barkwarma! offers and perfectly carved bark meat mixed with crispy fresh green. a must try to eat Lebanese late at night. provides for free in makati.
