Clyde Cooper’s is a Carolina Staple and while the atmosphere and vibe were totally on point, I was sadly disappointed by the barbecue. I certainly enjoyed my lunch but compared to a few other places around town, I was left disappointed. We ordered the pulled pork and the burnt ends. The pulled pork was a bit dry and could have used some additional flavor, but the burnt ends were to die for! We planned on getting the brisket, but they had already sold out around 13.00 (weekday). Service was great. A bit loud but a nice location! View all feedback.
