We had two pasta dishes and both were very good! Good wine selection too. If you are staying at the resort, they also serve drinks to the spa! The mulled wine is perfect to drink in the spa after a day in the snow!

Our highlights include the arancini bal... read more We are regular visitors to Shackleton's, and it never disappoints! The wine and drink list is extensive, as is the menu. Our highlights include the arancini ball starter, the lamb rump, and the salmon. We have also had delicious pizzas here, both dine in and takeaway. The salmon pizza and pulled pork pizzas were our favourites. A bonus, Shackleton's are also part of the First Table promotion. Great service, good for kids too, warm and cosy atmosphere and breathtaking views of the mountains.

The pres... read more I’ve dined at many local restaurants, but last night’s meal at Shackleton's Restaurant in Brinkley was by far the most exquisite I’ve ever experienced. The presentation was beautiful, and every bite was a delight! I had the salmon, and it was simply divine!

The menu offered a w... read more We had a delightful meal at Shackleton's Bar Grill. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Martina Mia, whom we’d like to thank. The menu offered a wide variety of food and drinks, featuring many local ingredients and suppliers. The atmosphere was pleasant, enhanced by a cozy fire that kept the restaurant warm during the chilly winter months. We regretted not having enough space for dessert, as the selections sounded temptingly delicious. We hope to return soon to sample them!
