I recently enjoyed some of the best dumplings I’ve had in a long time. The filling was juicy and packed with flavor. This gem is a food truck located in Methven, so keep an eye out for the purple truck that operates just a few days a week! They also offer delicious ramen and noodle soup options, making it an ideal stop when the winds start to pick up. I absolutely loved it!
It's fantastic to realize that we don't need to travel to Japan to savor world-class dumplings. A huge thank you to the Purple Dragon Team! They were delicious!
