Dunkin' - Methuen

Eating is always warm, although the service is not great. the works have a lot of maintenance. I told me to command someone and she messed me up when I explained that it was wrong that she put her hand on to shoot me and went away. my drink was still wrong. that's really crazy, doesn't work if you don't want to do your job.

Good service. younger children seem to be on the phone or chat, more than actually working, but that is said, I have never waited longer than I have actually slept on one.

I went to this dunkin today, I'm just here two times. when I was in the line, there was a homeless lady in front of me wondering how much a donut was. she hadn't had enough money that I said that the young one in the register card would pay for it and I asked her if she wanted a drink. suddenly the manager came out of the back6der theke who screamed in her face because she apparently asked the people to buy her something or money to buy something. I said to the manager I asked her if she wanted something, ignored me and went back behind the counter, then a customer came to me and said she was constantly asking for money. I was literally embarrassed by what happened, they pretended to have stolen something. such a sad incident that I use as a manager, and I would never have acted as she did, she must be spoken to this manager terrible disposition, no possibility to act. the poor lady was probably hungry. that is also our world. I was so angry that I never turned back on this dark, terrible customer service.

I hate to leave negative critikens, but outings to this particular dunkin' seems to always contain confusion, delay and/or false submissions.

Wish i can give 1/2 star, they gave me a cup with hole in the bottom, half of the coffee emptied in my cup holder,
