I really enjoy my DD ice cream, but I recently ordered two sandwiches for mobile pickup. I've been at home and noticed that one of the sandwiches is missing the eggs and sausage, leaving just broth and cheese. The other sandwich has pesto in it, even though I didn’t request it. What 100 Proof doesn't like about Dunkin':
This place has really declined. The first shift crew was great, but now they seem to have lost their touch. The second shift has always been lacking; the older woman there looks genuinely miserable and seems indifferent. I can't help but wonder how she’s handling your drinks, or if she’s allowing the younger staff to do whatever they want. My iced coffee tasted like water! I always enjoy fresh coffee in the morning. DD is reliable for a fresh coffee because the turn over rate on coffee in the morning keeps a fresh brew on hand. A great American company.

This Dunkin has been exceptional. The staff is kind, professional and they have gotten my order correct everytime. And has had lemons for my ice tea! Even when incredibly busy.
