I once asked a coworker about how my order was prepared at this restaurant while I was selecting a special ring for my now-wife. Overall, it was a fairly ordinary experience.
I work in this shopping center and give this place a try about once a month. Wow, they are consistently disappointing. I've waited for almost 20 minutes.
The Dunkin' app advertises that you can earn extra points by ordering ahead on Mondays, but they don't have enough staff to open the front door for you to pick up your order. It's a huge waste of time to wait in the drive-thru too.
I ordered a hot chocolate and a croissant, but I don't know what I received—the hot chocolate didn't taste like chocolate at all. It was terrible and lacked any flavor! The sandwich was just as disappointing.
