Dunkin'
Description
At [Restaurant Name], patrons experience a mix of delightful service and occasional hiccups. While gift card transactions may vary due to staff training, the drive-thru speed has drawn criticism, especially with a new competitor on the horizon. However, customer service shines, especially with a commendable cashier who accurately fulfills coffee orders. The online ordering system is user-friendly, and staff are quick to remedy mistakes. Favorites like the frozen coffee often face stock shortages, particularly for popular donuts. Overall, [Restaurant Name] succeeds in providing a satisfying experience for those willing to wait.

The Dunkin' app advertises that you can earn extra points by ordering ahead on Mondays, but they don't have enough staff to open the front door for you to pick up your order. It's a huge waste of time to wait in the drive-thru too.
I ordered a hot chocolate and a croissant, but I don't know what I received—the hot chocolate didn't taste like chocolate at all. It was terrible and lacked any flavor! The sandwich was just as disappointing.
The guy in the drivethru wouldn’t serve us because he claimed he couldn’t hear us so when I spoke up for him he claimed I was yelling at him. His attitude and demeanor is very unprofessional. Will never bring my service to you again.
I really do like their frozen coffee no whipped cream . The slight problem I am having is that they seem to be running out of plain doughnuts and when I do get one it's a little on the stale side. They always have to stop my order and check on availability of this doughnut. I really didn't think this doughnut was that popular anymore. Also, the employee that speaks on the microphone when you order has to speak slower, louder and clearly, us old folk can't hear or understand you.
