the venue is very spacious and with two bars and sufficient staff there was never a line when you got a drink. the bathroom area was clean and placed at a perfect location in the venue. for large events there are plenty of parking on the road. the place is located in old metairie so very safe and easy to find. the employees and the management are very attentive and nice and both barkeepers know their things and that... they have not responded to my last email and will not refund the payment. because of covid we had to push the event back and now they have risen in the price and because of our budget we can no longer afford to have our event. we have set a deposit of $500. please do research before booking this venue. My brother had to move his wedding to September of this year from last year due to the pandemic. Then Hurricane Ida hit and the entire wedding day was in shambles. Their original reception hall couldn't honor their date anymore. In steps The Ridgeway and their team. Gave him the entire reception experience with over the top food and entertainment. Couldn't have asked for a better place during such a difficult time!

I just had my wedding at the ridgeway April 10 and they were incredible from the time I booked up until my wedding was over. Even throughout the pandemic they stayed in touch the whole time. The food was amazing, Kim did our rehearsal and she was hilarious everyone loved her. Ruth was my personal attendant the whole wedding and made sure I wasn’t hungry or thirsty! Jeanne was my main point of contact through it all and she was so friendly! Everyone said how delicious the food was was, the bar service was quick and friendly and the venue overall was beautiful. Thank you ridgeway for my dream wedding coming to life!!!!
