Starbucks - Metairie

I ordered the strawberry lemonade refresher, and it was delicious! The service was fantastic as well. I went searching for the new glow-in-the-dark Halloween cups, but I can only find them online for nearly triple the price at Starbucks. Although I didn't succeed in finding the cups, the service was truly exceptional.

I understand the price increase, the challenges of being short-staffed, and even the reduced hours. However, what I can't comprehend is how you can miss coffee spilling down the side of a cup, creating a mess, and not delivering the order correctly. The frustrating part is that it was early in the morning, and I was the only customer in the drive-thru—there was no rush. It’s just not worth the money anymore...go figure!

The staff is consistently welcoming, and my orders are always perfect. The ambiance is calm and cozy, making it a great place to focus and get things done away from distractions, all while enjoying a cup of tea. I truly enjoy my visits here.

They just told me the drinks were taking longer but the guy behind me managed to get his drink before me. I wanted to order online but the item was out of stock. I called and they said they had it. Now I?m waiting over 20 mins and behind on schedule because of this bogusness.
