Our experience was everything during our time at Ruth Chris steak house. The food was amazing and our server Camille was AMAZING. Camille guided us through the menu like a pro and also provided clarity on which best options were the best. Camille is a great server, make sure to request her next time. She recommends a tasty chocolate expresso martini. Food: 5

So if you’re trying to book a big party reservation, don’t bother. These people took 2 weeks to confirm that they DIDN'T have a reservation for my family. Also they have a $2,000 minimum for large parties up front which is insane. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve been to a few Ruth’s Chris Steakhouses, and have never had a bad meal. I’ve been to Metairie, downtown New Orleans and Tampa, FL. They are all good, but Metairie has always been the best. The service, the food, the bar, you simply can’t go wrong. Even if you’re in the city I highly recommend checking out the Metairie location. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

We celebrated our anniversary everything was great and delicious. We got the Barbecue Shrimp, my husband got the New York Strip, I got the Lamp Chops, Lobster Mac Cheese Asparagus. My husband and I decide to indulge in dessert. He got Creme Brulee I got Bread Pudding. Of course I ate very little of the dessert. Waitress packed up everything got home and no bread pudding. Next time I'll just have to check everything and make sure it's there. This is never happened at Ruth Chris before.
