Evolve Coffee Matcha - Metairie

The owner personally accommodated our very early morning catering request for a video shoot. She was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend her company and appreciate supporting a small local business.

I absolutely enjoyed the coffee at this place, and I also ended up loving the matcha after trying it for the first time! The staff is incredibly friendly and even checked in on me after serving my drink to ensure I was satisfied. The ambiance of the shop is very cool, with a cozy nook that is ideal for reading.

I tried the hibiscus tea at this restaurant and found it to be lacking in flavor, especially considering the large 20 oz cup it came in. The service was friendly, but there weren't many seats available and the noise level was too high for me to study. There was also a machine that kept making a repetitive noise.

I would probably say that this coffee shop is a must for coffee lovers! I visited evolve several times. I like her cold brewery, flat white, hot latte. Do not forget to try their muffins. we're coming back!

Seriously really, really good latte. So glad I found this hidden gem near my hotel. Too bad I was only in town one morning!
