The poboy was absolutely delicious! Both the shrimp and oysters were fried to perfection and served on fresh, toasted poboy bread. I also ordered the ranch and horseradish sauces, and they were fantastic—so good that I could have enjoyed them on their own! View all feedback.
What Gwendolyn H doesn't like about Bon Temps Boulet´s Seafood:
The cowboy crack was dry, tough, and stringy—definitely not the tender, succulent pork belly I was expecting. I was concerned I might chip a tooth while chewing it. The Cajun corn was flavorful, but the portion didn’t justify the price; it consisted of just half a cob cut into four wedges. On a positive note, the ribs were excellent and hearty. The vinegar-based coleslaw paired nicely with the richness of the ribs. View all feedback.

The crawfish was delicious, perfectly seasoned, and spicy just the way I love it! The bread pudding was also fantastic.
