We had a really great stay here. Clean and comfortable room, all services worked perfectly. Receptionists welcoming and helpful. But I have to point out the staff in restaurant they're doing really great job and making your dinners more tasty with their smiles. And of course I don't have to forget people in kitchen, the meals were delicious and made with love. Many thanks to all people in Monroc, this brand deserves much more attention. I haven't been to one place twice so far, but in this case I'm really thinking about the big exception. Thanks again.

The food is ab... read more We had a wonderful stay here at Monroc. The location is perfect for winter sports enthusiasts, the rooms are very nice, spacious and comfortable. The food is absolutely top. You're not missing anything. But what really makes the hotel unique from the other destinations in Val die Sole is the incredibly good service in the hotel. You will receive a friendly welcome and your every wish will be fulfilled in the dining room. Highly Recommended!!! We will be back!!

The service staff are highly recommended. Whether in the restaurant or in the room, You feel warmly welcome forever. Everything runs really clean here, Here you will surely be enchanted by the chef's culinary skills. It's clear to me that I'll be back because the hotel is simply wonderful.
