Food super delicious, staff very friendly and nice!!!

First and last time! As a larger group we could not even order what we wanted, but only menu for large groups, despite reservation! Kitchen was totally overwhelmed. Offer juices they don't have at all. Please do not order a scab with more juice than water will be charged as pure juice Personal was totally unfriendly, lustless, unmotivated just let the guests just go out in the restaurant, drinks had to be embellished and those sitting and enjoying outside the sun, simply incomprehensible cockroach burned, instead of roasting potatoes we have salted pommes getting a menu was totally forgotten and instead of coming to apologize. Plates were full of fingerprints a plate was totally smeared with oil on request for a new plate was just said it is not usual with us but they got one and the others were allowed to eat all menus from a small plate (salat, appetizers and main menus) very delicious!!! Toilets unhygienic and dirty. To the crowning conclusion, the bill was placed on the table despite the invoices, which were please after separate invoices and we were allowed to calculate who had what. This restaurant is a suggestion for the guests who walks here is their own fault!

It started when booking...the specified mobile number was not available, the online reservation was not responded. Until someone was reached passed over a week. After a successful reservation we spent an afternoon in this place. The food was good, the staff and the service were cruel. You had to wait forever for reordered drinks, empty glasses were not cleared away, the dishes were dirty, the staff in itself was very unfriendly and pampy. Whole dishes have been forgotten. When we asked for a separate invoice, the employees were very outrageous. We had to split the bill ourselves and calculate it for 9 people. NIE WIEDER!!!!

I've never experienced such a staff.... Service was horrific,the personal has shined through absent. every drink had to be sedated. The plates were dirty. After we complained, we had to pay our own bill. Eating wasn't complete, but it was okay. Everyone was very disappointed. we were a bigger group and couldn't pick us free from the map.because the staff in the kitchen would probably be overwhelmed....
