I also noticed that there's no trash can, but customers usually leave everything on the table, and the staff promptly clears and cleans the tables. Regarding the staff, each person has their own personality, some more extroverted than others, but I've always found them helpful, kind, and friendly, and they make you feel at ease! Regarding the food, obviously, we're talking about a place that's very popular for its ice cream parlor and coffee shop.
