We had recently lunch in a little less fancy restaurant. In Civitavecchia Pasta had been super aldente, today a little bit to much cooked, Service isn't aware on what side they should serve the salad, instead to go the extra step, they just placed on the same side like from my wife,

The staff is attentive to customer needs, very friendly and kind. Personally, I prefer the pizza to be a bit softer. The cacio e pepe is excellent, and the tagliata is definitely worth trying in the tasting version. Despite the crowds, the wait was minimal. Recommended.
