Mr. Arthur has been able to describe, with sympathy and above all with the great passion that distinguishes him, every dish, presented impeccablely. he spent some time telling us some curious anecdote about the birth of some dishes and giving us some advice to try something at home! we took the rich starter of the house, articulated in three courses (calde/crudo/fritti.) really hard to decide what we liked most! all accompanied by (more than) a very pleasant glass of brut but good!' we finished lunch with a decomposed cannolo and with a ricotta elk with chocolate sauce and pistachio granella. .a delight for the eyes and the palate! good price quality ratio.
