He innovated his recipes, combined with fresh raw materials in fish and beef that we ordered, resulting in great taste. The environment of the restaurant was also cozy.

The chef always manages to create a balance of very refined flavors by combining the freshest ingredients in sometimes unexpected ways. The creativity and research into the most appropriate cooking methods is amazing. I went three evenings in a row in which I had the opportunity to taste most of the fish dishes of the moment and I can't say what I preferred, everything was sublime. A restaurant discovered by pure chance that I will certainly not forget.
