Occasional issues — dry or thin sushi, uneven takeout portions and rare curt phone interactions — temper what is otherwise a high-value, fun spot worth returning to.
I have dined here numerous times, and it consistently delivers a great experience! The service is excellent and friendly. My only critique is that the variety of sushi rolls tends to be quite similar.
Awesome food and experience. Staff was amazing. Other people posting negative reviews regarding ?short staffed? have probably never worked in ANY kind of hospitality position AKA clueless. Is the restaurant short staffed? Yes. What restaurant isn?tpost COVID????? Do they make up for it? 100%. This place is amazing and the food is incredible. Would return a zillion timesover.
I’m so grateful to Samurai 21! They went above and beyond to accommodate my group, which grew from 20 to 24. I first called to move our reservation earlier, then had to switch it back because several guests were caught in traffic. Even with a few unexpected guests joining last minute, they handled everything smoothly. The service was outstanding, and everyone was incredibly friendly. I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again!
Absolutely excellent quality of food and service! The chefs were skilled and entertaining. They prepared everyone's food exactly as ordered while having fun with their jobs. The drinks were also excellent and never had to ask for a refill. The ambiance wasperfect for what the night called for. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal withexcellent atmosphere.
The food was excellent, I was hoping for a few more roll varieties, but what we did get was excellent.
