Mcdonald's - Mesquite

Took my order and waited 30 minutes just for her to say that we were talking to a robot the whole time and that we would have to loop around and order again. Don’t go here.

Went in around 7 today and went through the drive thru. No one spoke for about 45 seconds before rudely saying order when we are ready. We ordered and he just seemed to be irritated or annoyed by me and my family taking a second to decide what we would like. Then when we pulled forward to grab our food he handed us the bag roughly and didn’t speak to us once. When we opened the bag our fries were cold and nuggets were burnt. I used to work in the food industry so I understand how tiring and exhausting it can be and how it’s a lot to prepare food. But making customers feel unwelcome and uncomfortable because of someone’s attitude should not be acceptable.

Our food came out in 5 minutes and was piping hot. They got my drink that they missed in 60 seconds. A great place to stop on your way. And very clean.

So disappointing. Cold old fries, chicken sandwich on a soggy bun with one pickle stuck in the cold bun.

Kid-friendliness: My kids love to stop on McDonald’s is perfect for a fast stop and stretch the legs. If you are traveling. Strong recommend. Your kids will travel better for a longer period of time. And no complain.
